The guy beat a potential hall of famer, he should be in and around world titles for years to come not selling out halls in the middle of nowhere.

Id love to of seen HBO take up these 2 fighting eachother as it would of made for quite a close contest.
i agree, but IMO if he steps up the level of competition as he is probably gonna do by taking on Phillips, who although not at his best, is a decent step back up in level of competition, I personally think Quintana is the better fighter, but like Judah, he's completely inconsistent, he looked awesome against Julio, then folded against Cotto (even though Cotto played a big part in this, i think Quintana basically got stage fright and lost horribly), then he looked yet again awesome and seemed ready to step it back up after the upset win against Williams only to again crumble in the rematch, i dunno if it's something about fighting in front of that type of crowd, or the pressure of the big fight, but honestly the talent is there to make plenty of noise

if they fight next year and Quintana is focused, i'd pick him to beat Cintron quite handily, another good fight at 147 would be a southpaw showdown between Quintana and Collazo
