His co-manager is a lawyer and talks about his case. The problem is that he's had prior problems, was even on probation at the time, and its a federal case so there are fairly strict guidelines as far as sentencing. The federal prosecutor is asking for 45 to 54 months.

His manager is "hoping for a miracle" and that would be 18-20 months. If its less than 20 months (he already has 5 months served so it would go to 15 apparently) he could spend the last six months at a halfway house and if that happens he could train while he was there and, according to him, possibly fight.

Ann Wolfe, ODLH, etc will speak at his sentencing hearing.
