He's kept busy while trying to make the Lopez fight. Not to mention he offered Gamboa a fight and was turned down

i mean competition wise, Caballero's competition as of late hasn't been much better than Lopez's, imo if anyone's to blame it'd be Arum, you know how much he loves to cradle fighters that have a big 0 on their record

Arum obviously gets some of the blame. But fighters (especially those in Lopez's position) do have a say. Lopez didn't have to sign off on the fight if he felt that strongly about it
