ASK THE TRAINER
my goodness!!!
i really cant figure out why you guys have that stupid idea that the size of the body frame counts more than the % of lean muscles mass?!
cmon its just the bones not muscles!!!
need a little physiology in here...
-muscles are the tissues responsible for power and speed!!!
your skeletal system just serves as an attachment to your muscles,
thus the amount of muscle mass you can add depends on the size (length and girth) of your bones....
so i really cant figure it out why you guys kept on bashing on boxers who has small body frames and is fighting a bigger opponent...
most of you guys dont really box in reality right?
ok,
pac is fighting at the 130 limit...
but come fight night, he weighs around 142...
- adding those weight in a rush is a strategy used by trainers to add stability on their fighters chin and knees... it also helps a bit on the body shots absorb by the body...
the heavier you are = the more stable you are
the lighter you are = the less stable you are
*when you get hit
(this is so logical, you dont have to be good in physics to get the point)
pac adds 12 pounds after the official weigh in - it is not muscle
now hes fighting at 135 - that means +5 in training, +7 after the weigh in
yes, that is another 5 pounds of pure muscle, means more power and speed
its also true that a ko punch is inborn and is usually a special 'gift'....
cuz if not then every boxer in the world may possess a ko punch right now...
the other point here is that boxers who looks thin at the weigh in doesnt really fit the division.
they are forcing themselves in a crash diet and starvation just to make the weight limit...
why? because they are fuckin coward!!!
they want to fight smaller opponents!!!
cuz they really dont possess the punching power and the chin to last against opponents with the same size as they are...
example? look at
morales - he never koed anyone at 130 (opponents near his size)... barrera, hernandez, in jin chi...
not even against ayala who is really small in stature... his koes mostly came from his 122
pounds and below - days where he is just too big for everybody... he cant even ko pac who
as we all know is a natural featherweight...
- but consider morales's frame, if he bulks up with 'real muscles', he'll surely be at the 140-147
division... do you think he can last for atleast 8 rounds against floyd, cotto, or even corrales?
i dont think so... we dont think so..
castillo - we all know the trouble hes in now for not making the weight limit against corrales...
he said he is really too big to be a lightweight... but why the hell he is forcing himself at the
division if he is? cuz hes another coward!!!
- remember that he wants to fight corrales with him weighing 139. thats bullshit!!! if you want
to weigh the weight that you prefer then fight someone of the same weight!!! cuz he knows
the the likes of cotto are waiting up there thats why...
even pac did fight smaller opponents when hes at the 108-115 limit...
he was so damn thin!!! yah he was fast...
but the punches? his record? kazoomm!!!!
12 wins - 1 loss - 4 ko
8 by decision
all TKOes by the way...
one due to a stoppage because of a cut,
3 is due to exhaution by his opponents because of the pace...
since he put on those shoulders and biceps...
his record
41 wins - 3 losses - 2 draws - 32 ko
only one win that is not a ko since the first loss - amazing
lesson:
dont look up on coward fighters, their fooling you
respect smaller fighters cuz their the real force plus their good for boxing
ala mike tyson 5'9", 95% pure muscle
floyd mayweather jr. - the smartest boxer in the world
36 wins - 24 ko
undeafeated
started as a super featherweight..
won by TKO 22 out of 24 times..
see? TKO... my boy aint got the power pac has... even in his super featherweight days, hes not a 1 punch ko artist...
plus he needs to lose weight... it will affect his chin, stamina, speed, POWER.........
bad fight!!! i hope its really impossible.
