people will say Manny was too small and that Floyd hasn't fought any big guys cause he's a chicken shit, Floyd could go beat Pacquiao, Mosley, Berto, Williams, Martinez, and Pavlik back to back, and yet they'll find a way not to give him credit

Anyway I'll put Mayweather in the Top 30. Because his not proving yet that he can beat Elite Welterweights. If he beats Mosley , Cotto, Clottey, Berto I might put him in the top 20.
