Hopefully the start of a comeback for boxing in Australia is finally realising that what Mundine and associated promotional companies are trying to tell us is the pinacle of international title boxing, is actually a fraud.. Hopefully the further fight fans move from the crap Mundine is peddling, the closer the might get to discoving the wealth of great boxing that goes on around the world.... However it can easily go the other way and people just think Australian and for that matter, International boxing is just boring and valueless....

Which has always been the most infuriating part of Mundine's career for me, is that he had captured the attention of a lot of the public here, either for the right or wrong reasons, but did nothing with it.. He had talent, and could have put boxing back on the map as a sport that Australia is a contender in... But he has only drawn attention to his unwillingness to break Australian borders...

We just gotta pray and wait for the next Kostya...
