I need to lose 10 pounds. I will "probably not fight in one month" but I'm going to train as if I am. BUT I am definetly going to fight.

Any recomendations on my first fight?

The reason I will probably not fight in one month is
1) I miraculously still have a small gut. I'm going to run to see if that will get rid of it. Losing 10 pounds will guarantee the loss of a gut.

2) I need to spar regularly. Although I have been training very well and my conditioning is great (I can keep my hands up using 16 oz gloves for more than 15 rounds). My conditioning still isn't "fight great."

Recommendations of how to spar regularly, since I'm still a beginner. Twice a week, 3 three minute rounds? Losing a gut should happen if I run and up my ab work right?

The worst part of preparing is that I don't have a good trainer to watch over me. The trainer here is too busy with other guys and also I don't think he knows THAT much about boxing.

Recommend driving once a week to Phoenix (2 half hour drive) to find a good trainer that will help me once a week in sparring?

Any psychological training to get me prepared to?
I've seen so many fighters get scared on fight night and fight jerky/sloppy and great awesome gym fighters turn into tired fighters on the stage in an actual amatuer fight.
