Mosley is more known where I live, because boxing was much more popular here when Mosley was the next big thing, than it is now. Pacquiao has definitely been getting his name out there, but Shane is more recognizable here.
Yeah, the casual fans really hopped on board during the Oscar era where I lived. I remember the Oscar/Mosley fights were some of the biggest in terms of popularity. Same with Oscar/Trinidad. Oscar, Mosley, Trinidad were some of the household names at that time & thats when boxing was alot bigger than it is now. Mayweather, Pacquiao are the big names of today but boxing isn't as big as it used to be.
