Well if his profession and earnings was from was stealing cars, selling drugs, beating people with bricks for the amusement of others, I would have to say no he can't earn a living doing that anymore. Besides he can earn a living fighting in Mexico where he belongs, he's not even a citizen of the United States so if he wants to fight that's fine with me, just do it in Mexico which is his homeland and where he has citizenship.
