I copied and pasted that gif from maxboxing forums, its alot bigger than that on there and you can see it lands on his chin, not the neck

Watch it on utube then pause it 914 to 915 a few times and you see his open fingers swipes from his left to right through his neck on the small giff screen it looks different like a strike.

Weak assed open hand swipe anyway.
