I saw this mentioned about Wacko in another thread about how he can take the time to respond to everyone and here it is:

Once upon a time Saddo created this board and after 10,000 remarks of his own he grew Bored with it. So he said to Wacko "Why don't you run it for me. I'll pay your rent, give you all the beer and ale you can drink plus $200 a week also (whatever that is in Commonwealth coinage)."

Wacko replied "Add a carton of ciggies and a bottle of Jack Daniels a week plus every PPV and I'll be your laboratory rat."

Hence became the legend of Wacko.
