Yeah, I kind of agree with you about Del Piero... He hasn't been the same since he injured his knee in 1998, but before that, he was lethal. He has one of the best techniques ever. He was so creative and dangerous around the box and he could score lots too... especially from dead ball situations. Hard to know if what he did in the years leading up to 1998 was enough to rank him up with the best.
One guy who I just rememberd and who I left off my list was Gianfranco Zola! He was a master! Almost Maradona-esque dribbling skills and an awesome finisher too.
