I don't see why they would be sensitive about it in the first place though. I mean, you've emigrated to a country, surely it is right to show some respect and tolerance of those that want to wear their own colours. You would never catch me wearing a flag in a million years, but I don't care if others do. Why would that ever become a big deal? It's surely no reason to exclude kids from school.

I think HtH is right in saying that it is political correctness gone mad.
