Iv never boxed professional or judged or reffed but alot of Collins punches never landed. Eubank as daft having the rematch so soon after (same mistake against Thompson).

Eubank had 6 fights in 94, 5 of them went the 12 round distance and only 3 of them were in England, so he did alot of traveling. Collins was the first fight in 95 for him, I reckon Chris was a bit jaded by this point. He should have had 6 months off before the rematch, instead he had 2 fights in the 6 months inbetween!! Ok they were both first round knockouts but he would have had training camps for both.
Don't matter if you've never boxed mate, your opinion means as much as the next guy on here. I had a few Amateur fights, but that doesn't mean anything when judging fights, i mean i pretty much always disagree with Barry McGuigan, and he was a world champion.

As for the fight i just felt Chris Eubank posed too much, and IMO Steve Collins won by being the aggressor and being consistent with his workrate. i don't really feel like watching it again at this point.

But i felt Chris Eubank had it in the bag in the 10th round, but he gave it away. Just like he did in the 1st Carl Thompson fight. Infact i think if the Michael Watson tragedy hadn't of happened.

I think he would of stopped both Steve Collins, Carl Thompson. He also had Joe Calzaghe badly hurt at the end of there fight, but it was too little too late.
