People are generally judged on their actions, and Margarito's speak for themselves. Is anyone perfect? No, but most of us don't willingly endanger the lives of others for personal gain and his actions in 24/7 are pretty damning and can be in no way explained by editing or any other like tricks.
People MUST be held accountable for actions. actions were idiotic on 24-7 but you can rest assured he was playing the bad guy to the hilt....and as well that network was counting on it.
