The principle of pro receptive is what its all about in my opinion, you cant go wrong when your training your body to do its job better, 1 of these i like is where hes sat on the fitball very good core workout, or you can lay on the fitball and ive been messing around laying on a fitball while trying to hold a ball with my feet once you get a feel for it and get control its quite a fun workout for the core and itll hit every nuck n cranny.

I like the idea of the 1 knee on the ball in a sort of stance drill i just think it could be 10x better if thought about a lot more, taking the stability away from that back leg good and all but i dont rate how their doing it really, there are better ways.

i can say anyone that truely gives pro receptive a shot will see results in strength and speed, after almost 1 year on scraps regime i can safely say that im so much more stronger and faster than i was before, it also carries through to the weights which surprised me as i havent touched weights in a year (resistance yes but not weights) as i hit the gym to put some weight on for the winter and so ive got something to burn off through next year and i was out squatting the guys i was training with by 25kg, out cleaning them by 5-10kg and they are dedicated bodybuilders outweighing me from 1 and a half to 2 stone training 4-5 times a week lol, they hammered me on the benchpress thought but it never was my strongpoint, ive got arms like an erangatang.

Whats your opinion on pro receptive youve done student? i find it seems like many dont like spending time doing things like this because they dont understand whats going on and how pro receptive effects the body. also because they havent seen mayweather do it which would surely have more people training like this without thinking 'is this even doing anything for my boxing?' automatically they think well mayweather does it so it must be improving me as a fighter, it must work, stick with whats safe. fuck that experiment take risks, if its a waste of time fuck it its a lesson learned at least, personally i think you cant go wrong with pro receptive if you keep it sport specific.

I can say myself i was sceptacle at first as to how my strength and speed where goingto be on the new regime, but now that i understand more and have felt and seen the progress i would urge anyone to try it, you may feel like your wasting time but stick at it and the results will speak for themselves over time, this stuff works and will give you such a control and awareness over your body and what its doing that you wouldnt believe.
