I thought Lewis got away with one last night. A few doubles here and there cost Eccles that match (amongst the hundred he missed).

I think Lewis is the most overrated player in all of darts. Apart from the odd freak result he is a proper bottler.

Fact

Well FINALLY he's won something.

In the battle of the phenomenal scoring bottlers Lewis came out on top. Like I said earlier, Anderson ALWAYS scores brilliant and therefore always has impressive averages but it doesn't mean a thing if you miss a million doubles.

If I was gonna be a bitter cunt about Lewis win () - I would point out he won this comp without meeting Taylor, Wade, Barney or Whitlock. He basically beat a bunch of players that he is used to beating. Like I said, Anderson has a shocking record against him. Whereas Lewis has a poor record against Whitlock, a SHOCKING record against Wade, who is his daddy, and has beat Taylor once in a thousand goes.
