Well Bilbo you must of been on one of your cold turkey internet addiction phases!!

I basically got 18 months for handling stolen good and deception did 9 months between November 07 till August 08. Reason I got such a big sentence I had already recieved a community order years earlier for similar offence and still not completed it . I was a bit silly really!!

I work in probation, they would give you another community order now, they do not want to send anyone down unless they are proper scum.

The probation officer was a bitch mate went for the pre sentence meeting she was all nice and saying I dont think prison is for me etc etc, got to court and the story she told me was utter bullshit in her report she thought a sentence would be good for me.

You really must have pissed her off, they are very liberal. Although I do not work with offenders like you I do know that they have been advised to only send people down if necessary and are a danger to the community.

Did nothing off the sort you can what sort of guy I am like, I thought she was a nice pleasent lady dont no whay her problem was. But in reality I got 300 hours community service in 2005 and over two years later I had onyl done around 100 hours of it and had a couple of court breaches so I can't grumble if I wasnt respecting the community order the only step was a sentence.
