on the right hand, throw it over the hip not across the body,remember to bring shoulders up to cover the jaw
for the body hooks and upper cuts get you body into it a bit,just sink you weight by bending knees and use your hips to add power,

throw 4's 5's 6's lots of punches cause in the ring you tend to throw less

add some basic footwork,try to stay relaxed
