Feel a bit of a tit coz I'm 34 years old and 240 pounds and there are 18 year olds that are about 125 pounds that are watching me lift these small weights and thinking what a gayer I don't give a fuck though, I just need to take it easy to start. The guys I go down the gym with are benching 130Kg, reps of 10, I am doing 40Kg
