Suicide was always the most probable answer. Now it's impossible?

Yeah you've got me. If there is any merit to these new allegations it really speaks woefully for the judicial system in Brazil. How on earth could they now determine that suicide was "impossible" without performing another autopsy(which wasn't done initially)? Would it even be possible after this length of time?

With new techologies it is now faisable. I remember to have read the Michael Baaden's file, the guy from NY who did perform the first research and his conclusions were that murder was impossible to rule out in these dodgy circumstances. I've read somewhere (only rumors for the moment though) that it was absolutely impossible that he did hung himself with the girl's bag because the purse was way too week to hold Gatti's body (they would have performed several tests on that) but till the report gets out at the end of the month, we will all have to wait, apparently. One thing for sure: This story reeks quite bad.

I suppose one thing we're all assuming is that there wasn't an accomplice, if indeed there was foul play. Guess we may never know and his family probably just want closure.

Didn't the Brazilian papers first report that she said that 2 men followed them home and broke in when they were asleep? As far fetched as that may sound. How can 2 men break into your room and hang a guy without him waking up or without her waking up. What kind of story is that? Did the papers just make that story up or did she actually say that to the cops?
