Why was Hornfinger banned?

The real question should be: how come he's not been banned before?

As far as I got told, he's out for one month for repeated misbehaving, harsh vocabulary and inappropriate remarks

In that case we should ban Bilbo as he calls me a cunt at least 7 times every day. And we should take away all his coolclicks. And make him eat paper. And other stuff too.

To be fair I don't mind Hornfinger. He's a bit extreme and thus quite mad, but very entertaining.

The difference is that Bilbo doesn't scorn all the time people with unappropriate stuff and when he does so, 90% of the time it's for a good laugh and to stir up some controversy to feed his lust for entertainment. Horny is just a proper nuisance.

Why does everyone have to insult everyone all the time and be aggressive and mean? It's something I struggle to understand really, is there a hormone overload on this site or are not enough people getting laid? It just seems to me that it goes beyond banter sometimes and that people are purposely malicious.

Hornfinger has questionable viewpoints, but he has rarely ever been mean to me in the way some of you have, so I give him a break. He has served his sentence, let the man comeback and try and prove he is a valid member of this community.

The guy should not have been banned in the first place. He did nothing worse than what you have ever done. Not that I am saying you are a bad person, but people say negative things and hurt feelings. Do you ban everyone for that?

And I was going to stop posting here because I am getting a little tired with the constant digs and insults. You can say 'miles grow a pair', but over the years how many times have I personally attacked you. It's very few, I generally don't go for individual posters other than Bilbo and that is only because he knows my style. But these days it seems everyone is calling me a cunt and what have you. This is a community and nobody wants to be a new trainer monkey.

I am a very real person living my life and this forum has been part of that. I like nearly all of you chaps, so it just upsets me sometimes when people single me out and have a go. I don't really want to be rude to anyone else and in recent times have only ever been trying to bring some sunshine to this particular board. That has meant far less politics and just more silly stuff.

The other day, I was kind of half set on leaving. Again I reached a nadir of "what is the point in this?" But thankfully I realised that there are good people on here that do care and clearly I care for a lot of people on here too. I don't want to go. Many of you guys are my friends.

Maybe your friends of 15 are not as caring or sensitive as I am, and that is probably right. But that doesn't make me any more wrong. To be sensitive can be a virtue too. I care and that will likely generate at least 17 "miles you are a big fat gay" smiley icons.

Miles, I would suggest most of my friends are far more mature then you. In that they realize if they go around attacking things, places, countries, policies, religions and those that believe in them...that they realize there might be some back lash. You on the other hand want it all. You want to be able to do that, and even go at people too (like with me and amat and the illiterate issue) and never have anyone call you on it.
