If you can do 1000 crucnhes they are doing you no good.
I have been bummed twice. Anyone top that?
I do about 6 different type of ab workouts for each part of my abs, i don't just do normal crunches. I do hanging leg raises, bicycle crunches, weight plate crunches, dumbbell side bends, ETC. And it all adds up to about 1000.
