I'm okay but barely got any sleep last night and am still full of sneezes, coughs, dizziness and all that associated stuff. I should really get myself a proper supply of medicine for times like this and they seem to be frequent. It's my own fault as I don't look after myself, but it would be nice to be a little more healthy. I might just have some chicken wings and go for a drive. That's always cheers me up, but surprisingly enough does little for a depleted immune system.

Havent been sick at all this year, was only sick once last yr and once the yr before that. I eat pretty cleanly and exercise 5 days a week so i think that helps as well as having a flu shot every yr.

In 15 years of work been sick 7 days, 6 of those days working with children where you can pick up bugs. Been at my current job 5 years and had no day off work due to sickness. Staff get a letter from our chief every year congratulating us.

I had the same virus earlier this year. First time of being sick for ages.

Puked my guts up for about 3 days. Anything and everything that went in came out. Was afraid to cough or squeeze a danger fart!

A single barrel bourbon is one that comes from just that 1 single barrel. Usually its higher in alcohol content yet smooth. A regular bourbon like say Maker's Mark is poured from different barrels and water may be added to achieve a more consistent bourbon and mass produce it.

And like scotch, bourbon only ages in the barrel and not in the bottle like wines do.
