Most Boxer are stupid but Klitschko just like Ali is very intelligent especially with that P.H.D.

He failed the qualification test to get into the army at one stage, something considered common sense.

You don't think he failed it on purpose?

You think that the intelligent thing for somebody who is opposed to being in the armed forces would be to purposefully pass a test where failing would omit them from serving?

If he passed something that would make him eligible to do something that he was opposed to then you're saying he'd be more intelligent in your eyes?

If he went out and passed that test he'd have shot himself in the foot and would have been an even bigger idiot than you appear to be.

There is no evidence that says he failed it on purpose. Your speculating and using it as fact, which in turn, is the same as just making up a story.
