Berto or Bradley although I take it TR is grooming Mike Jones as an opponent for the future, but he's not there yet.

If the Floyd fight doesn't happen, then i think it's going to be Berto. They can promote it as a "title" fight and add another meaningless belt to Manny's collection. There is not much left for him out there if him and Mayweather don't get in the ring together.

Since Floyd is fighting Ortiz. Saying he's giving the young lions a chance, I can see Pacman fighting Bradley. Although, Bradley have been out the ring for about a year or so now. I think he's the top choose. Berto a close second. On the fact, that Berto have shown he can be touch and hurt. Freddie would like that.
On the other hand, Pacman have been fighting Floyd's leftovers. Maybe Judah would be next.

But when Mayweather wins against Ortiz, then Berto will be the leftover of the leftover of Floyd which is even worse.

If he's gonna claim to be some bogus ass 8 division champ, he better man up a face a live body in Sergio Martinez. No more catchweights, no more easy fights.. it's getting ridiculous.

That is-very harsh, at least Manny has fought opponents Floyd has avoided like Cotto and Margarito.

Gamboa says he would go to 140 to fight manny. I don't see manny giving away an advantage like that, and no way could Gamboa would beat manny at 147. If Gamboa would want the fight he would have to get to 147 and I doubt he would do that. I think Gamboa would be a good fight for manny in terms of the talent Gamboa brings to the table, but as I said before Manny wouldn't fight at 140 against him.
