And noisy people should be quiet. I don't think anyone realistically disagrees with that. I was once offered a job in Dubai, but no bloody way would I go there. Not only does the weather suck, but my friend has to get up super early as you cannot avoid the Mosque. Total nonsense.
Do you think that we know enough to declare that there is absolutely no god?
I'd wager that scientifically we know a very small fraction of what there is to know and probably lack the mental capacity as creatures to comprehend it all anyway.
In that regard I don't see how saying something as gargantuan as 'there is definitely not a god/creator etc' is based on any less blind faith as religion is.

No, I don't. But can you prove to me in any small way that god exists beyond the words of a man written book?
No, of course you can't. It is blind belief and blind belief alone. It has NOTHING to substantiate it. Not even a tiny little jot. Everything scientific comes from research and investigation. Religion and god belief is based on nothing.

Depends on what you think God is.
I sure dont believe its a separate being and a Male only entity that looks like an old man in white robes.
(Of course that is part of the whole though and different parts deal with different matters).
More into God is everything: Male and female energys every Star every Planet very Sun and all the space between all the way down through the dimensional fields from Divine Unconditional Love all the way down into the 3rd dimensional material only field, allowing and also including Miles's disbelief in itself, which can only exist up to this level.
I Know there is only One consciousness that allows separation from itself and others from others in only a couple of its dimensions.
Oh and on the scale of matter and anti matter which is All of what is: If you say you only believe in what you see and can touch materially then your own scope is only choosing to acknowledge less that 3% of the whole.

No they don't. They can't prove there isn't a God and what they say they can prove is not mutually exclusive with the idea of a deity. The Big Bang, Evolution, etc nothing answers what kicked off the Big Bang, what was there before the Big Bang (for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction), evolution also has a point where science runs out of logical explanations...there you go. Why is a belief in God seen as a weakness by you miles?

How can science measure materially the fact that hatred does work and grows amongst us and so does love on the other end of the scale.
These two fields of energy do more work through us than anything else does.
If you cannot explain a miracle cure happens through working with the reverse to hatred and fear; then explain how feelings changed the material.
We can even see it occur with our own eyes on the quantum level these days but still cant explain how observation alone, changes electron outcomes.
Also if there was a Creator and many of Its sons and daughters said 'I want to go it alone I can do this'. What if you were that loving allowing Creator, what would you do? What would you set up for them in order for them to experience that in its fulness?
What limit would you allow them to go to before you had to turn from them and leave them to it wholly and allow them to really reap what they wish to sow? The answer is staring us in the face and still many choose it.

I don't think belief in god is a weakness, but it is clearly a blind faith. It has nothing to support, so likewise it is no different to superstition. People seem to have a thing for blind faith. I just think it is silly though. You should only believe in things that are known to exist otherwise you might as well start believing in the Loch ness monster. It's very romantic and grand, but ultimately quite pointless. If there is zero evidence then it is merely a hunch and people have all kinds of daft hunches. God seems to be the ultimate one. People just don't seem happy with their mortality so fall for a greater narrative.
I'm not against people believing, but do find it quite daft.
