Stay away from curls, and weights all together for that matter until you find a good boxing coach . Curls will shorten your tendons in the bicep and prevent you from getting full extension on your punches.. your power is going to come from full extension, not big muscles, in fact big muscles are counter productive to a boxer. correct form and full extinctions will be your bread and butter, do push-up like crazy , chin ups wide grip for your shoulder and do lots of stomach exercise. skinny guys are the one's knocking everyone out !
