Erics44, my friend, that sounds a bit like sour grapes.

I seriously don't understand some of your opinions. Everyone on the board knows you're a big heavyweight fan. One would think you would be happy that you witnessed an entertaining tussle between two warriors who put it on the line. Yet, your response is "Haye would beat Adamek?"

If I follow your opinion, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I take it you don't like Adamek?

Could it be that you're jealous because Adamek showed in one round more heart and guts than Haye did in all 12. Or because Adamek showed you a much better heavyweight fight than Haye did?

Haye's a joke of the worst kind. He faked a whole country into believing he was a good heavyweight and then fought like a nancy when he had the chance to prove himself. No offense man, but get over it. Unfortunately, Haye will always be known as a punk. As an outsider american, I'll tell you in all honesty he's a disgrace to British heavyweight boxing. Adamek isn't an american so I don't have a bone in this fight, but Haye could learn a thing or two (or three) about mettle and toughness from Adamek.

If you like British heavyweights, go root for Price or Fury.
i dont mind adamek, in fact although he was vastly outclassed his performance was quite gutsy

the only reason i can see of anyone thinking he would beat haye would be driven by hate for haye

the difference between my opinions and your opinions on any situation involving david haye is, i dont hate any fighter nor do i love any fighter, it is clear from your posts that you do have a deap hate for haye

haye lost to wlad in a poor show yes, adamek lost to vitali in just as one sided fight

IMO haye would beat adamek so in answer to the thread title - no this isnt the biggest HW fight for years

haye v wlad had more tallent and was a bigger more anticipated build up
