Ortiz took the tests..he took the fight
He is proving to the world he has nothing to hide and is a clean athlete in this fight.

So far Victor Ortiz and Shane Mosley have taken these random tests just fine, no excuses whatsoever.

That's because Ortiz and Mosley don't have any leverage to dictate terms on Mayweather. They need the fight more than Floyd.
