    without turning this into a Mayweather/Pac thread, that is alot of the problem for Pac vs Floyd.

    Pac and his team think (some would say rightfully so), why in the hell should you agree to testing not required by any governing body? Why cave in to any demand from Floyd? If you give up something to Floyd, he just asks for something more. He is all about controlling the situation, making you uncomfortable, always probing for whatever small mental edge he can get.
