Anyways no is an answer. Even if Ortiz had continuously punched him in the nuts no is a good answer. Mayweather has been doing shit like this and destroying the big stage of boxing for years. Cortez told them to box on. Did you even see the fight? Mayweather had won every round. In fact I'll bet you the punch stats back me up on that too. As I said already Mayweather was landing and Ortiz was not.
