Hi Scrap,
I want to ask you about something from a long time. How we can stay in balance when we go into crouch? For what we must be looking for?

Hi Scrap,

Theres qiute a few shifts, depending on where and what you want to achieve. Its all down to where you put the feet and why. Tell me more, its all about Levels, Depth and Distance.

Lets say this two:
The first one that is interesting for me is to slide under punches (like Rocky) on long distance and the second position is when i am over my left side (for orthodox) in a clinch position and i want to avoid some hooks
Rocky type done with feet and knees.

This are some fast legsBut what about the upper body movement. Here this boxer is leading the dance, but lets say someone catches you not prepared and throws at you lets say left right. For me the easyest escape will be to go under the left and weave inside to evade the right and to try to smuther the oder punches. As you say if we dont move the legs we will returnt at the same place... But in doing so there are alot of variables. For example how must my head be oriantated in relation to the earth, weight distribution and with wich muscles I move...
Heres something, look how Carr makes Collins miss by His shifts and movement. Its what was worked on

This was exactly what i was asking about. Why don“t Carr take advantage when he makes Collins overreach? I must study it more carefully when I have more free time.
