I think its mostly an act but I'm starting to lean towards there's some craziness there too.
He's now attention whoring the prediction contest. Every week there's a question. This week he played his joker without picking the way dude would win. Seems like nothing but I'm totally convinced he did it on purpose just so he could ask his questions and then throw the little fit.
