If you feel your English is far superior and annoy everyone with your constant need to enforce the queens english, fuck off to Korea.
And to live in Korea with a legal Visa and rented accomodation paid for from your wages which are also duly taxed at an accepted rate. No matter where you are you need to conform to certain societal norms and these people quite simply don't.
No in all seriousness, I admire you for going over to Korea. Obviously I can't tell if it is REALLY right for you but it is very commendable at least, that you made the decision to go. I think we all should have that Global mentality. My wife has serious plans to move to Australia and I am very reluctant but I wish I wasn't... I know England just isn't for me anymore yet I'm just stuck sulking about it like some fool in a dead end job who can't see the wood for the tree's.
10 years next year! Lots of ups and downs, but in terms of career am on the up so have no regrets. Most people are too scared of taking a jump, but the experience has changed me and I think for the better. There are things I could never have changed whilst living in the UK. If your wife is serious and the prospects are serious then you should loosen up. There is always that chance that it works out and already you know you've given up on England. If it all goes tits up returning home could always be another option. Sometimes we are forced to deal with life changing events and it is all about how we react when they come across.

All the best, Jim. You will work it out.
