The only outcome I see in a Pacquiao-Mayweather fight is Pac winning by KO/TKO in the later rounds or Floyd winning by unanimous decision.

So as you can see, I'm not even saying that Pac definitely wins the bout. But it seems like Floyd is not willing to fight unless he is very sure that he is going to win. He isn't called 'Money' for nothing and the big money is in that fight.
