This place is not a dictatorship at all. In fact pretty much anything goes just as long as you post it in the right places. I've said so many offensive things over the years, but have never been banned and only had a couple of threads moved off of the main board. I probably benefited from being sane during the first few years of my posting though. You should be more sane first. That always helps.

Nah, the trick is not to be too sensitive.

There are all sorts of people on here, with their own motivations for joining and posting: there are some hardcore genuine knowledgeable boxing fans, there are fighters, amateurs and ex boxers, there are martial arts people, there are some teenage geeks who rant on about shit and hide behind their anonymity and there are trolls. Not everybody is always the same thing, depensing on what mood they're in.

Stick with it, and you will soon get to 'know' the regular posters. Welcome aboard.

The guys here are not silly or dictatorish about posts, to be fair, I myself have posted some unbelievably obscene rantings well hidden amongst my usual high quality, discerning and profound posts. In fact, I have a couple of threads that I would highly recommend to you when you have been here a while

I have often been doing this to absolutely any post I disagree with slightly with lately. Merely because I believe the sad click/negative rep option is used too little, and pos. rep. is only good if it is the context of at least the possibility of some negative feedback.
