Anybody watch the 48 hours special this weekend?
The case for murder seems to me to be as tenuous as Al Fayed's claims regarding his son and Diana's.
The body movement examiners were a bit comical to me. I remember an episode of Monster Quest where body experts conclusively proved that no human would have been able to match the gait of the most infamous Patterson Bigfoot footage from the 1960's. They 'proved' that a human could not walk that way and thus concluded the footage was genuine.
If you go on Wikipedia however you will see that the guy in the suit has openly come forward and confessed how they did it....
Back to Gatti, independent witness confirmed an argument between the two in public, in which Gatti struck his wife, and in turn was beaten by men in the crowd, including being injured on the back of the head.
Film footage in the hotel showed nobody entered the room after Gatti and his wife.
Gatti's own brother believes that she killed herself and that Arturo was on drugs, alcohol and anti depressants.
Of course Gatti's family are distraught about the death and want answers, but apart from the signing of the will just prior to his death there is no real evidence against her at all imo.
