Donaire is impressive indeed but generally i'm not keen on bantamweight or ligher of that. I guess since Carlos Monzon, Sugar Ray Leonard, Duran, Hearns and Haggler fights i've always appreciated welterweight-middleweight. However some divisions like light middleweight and light wealter seems to be housed with more or less those who can't match at all punchers like Pacman and Mayweather.
I like both Felix Sturm/Amir Khan/Andre Ward-style technic boxing. But can't help addmiring Donaire, Pacman and Bute fighting. Generally it's better to have fights with different styles. I don't agree with argument that good fight is always blood and knockouts. E.g Sturm-DLH fight (2004) was one good example you can enjoy the fight with no knockouts and Gatti-style brutal bloody faces.

I was an avid fan and nearly missed my own wedding to stay up and watch Tyson v Holyfield 2. I use to record any boxing that was on and have mountains of tapes that I have never re-watched. Slowly I have been out priced by boxing and am only interested in watching the very best. Very rarely do I buy PPV, haven’t in many many years. A B I think.

I'm an A.
Still crazy after all these years.

When I was 15 and weighed 149 I was a welterweight fan. Now I'm over 200 so I guess I'm a heavyweight.
