He was very competitive in big fights. He gave Tito hell in their fight which I believe changed him for the worse as a fighter, he was beating Oscar (IMO) until he was wobbled with that big right hook. These two fights against Shane should not count against his legacy because both of these fighters were shot and Shane did not fight the Vargas who fought Tito, the outcome would have been totally different.
I agree, he didn't just get blown out by Oscar and Tito. He pushed them to the absolute limit and it took all they had to beat him. He knocked both men down and fought couragously against them. Of course Mosley didn't just KO the Vargas who fought Tito, but he wasn't the same Mosley who beat Oscar Delahoya the first time either. In their Primes, the outcome would have been the same I feel, a win for Mosley. But it would have been one Hell of a fight!
