I've heard he got bitten by one of his snake and that instead of dying, it did trigger some superhuman powers in him. Now he roams the streets of Texas in a kinky green spandex suit with kevlar scales on it as Cobra man. All he does is chasing villains. He has no more time for the internet.

I respect the fact that he actually did without fanfare, what pretty much every other veteran Saddonian has announced they were going to do only to come crawling back.

It was the classiest ever exit from this site in that regard. Just put on his hat and poncho, mounted his horse and rode off over the horizon, with Diane on his lap.

No offense Miles, but I think it's pretty lame to call someone a chicken, because they don't announce that he's leaving to a bunch of people that he has never met.

It's a forum, people come and go all the time. Not he or anyone else is required to announce when they are leaving. I've taken several longs breaks, and never announce it. People have lives, and sometimes life takes you away. The people on here that have become dear to me, are the ones that keep in touch with me when I'm on break, and those are the ones that I tell personally what is going on.

Plain, and simple, he got burnt out on forums, and he hasn't posted on any forum for well over a year. It happens. He might stop back again someday. I know there are a few people on here that he would like to be able to catch up with again, like.... Bilbo, CMM, CFH & Spicoli to name a few.

Well I know you would be # 1 on his list. He still brings you up in our conversations once in awhile. Especially how much you annoyed him when you played chess, and when you guys would play without a timer, how you would take forever to make a move.

I miss those chess days. I remember playing him whilst his dog was giving birth. His missus was moaning at him because he playing me whilst she was trying to deliver them!

Cheeky git even blamed his defeat on being preoccupied by a few new born pups being pulled out of the dog at his feet...

I really believe that people shouldn't leave. They have no right to. Vanish for a while, but to disappear? It's just wrong. I can imagine a time when I vanish for 3 months, but I struggle to see myself leaving on a permanent basis. I just don't see the point. Even goodbye threads can't keep me away for long.
