I thought Pac has NOT agreed yet:

Then Bob Arum says he wants a different organization to do these tests, not the USADA.

All the links that I posted earlier where Pacquiao agreed to the random drug test are more recent than your link above.

They are all from July 2011 and I think one is from August, the one I posted is from July 2011. It's not an article that talks about "what they heard" but straight from the source of Pac's team, Michael Koncz. Still, the other links you posted show how Pac and his team would accept the random blood tests only IF they can pick who takes care of the blood tests. Floyd didn't negotiate or change any of Pac's demands, he accepted them all just the way they were.

The same site which was blasted by Koncz by saying the he was fired by Pacquiao.
