What about we all cut the crap here and start to act like adults? It's good for everybody. A simple question is about to spin the whole core of this forum (mostly involving people which I have a high respect intellectually)into bitter arguments rather than just discussing and exchanging point of views in order to find the most appropriate answer.

Sure, the girl is "just flirting" and that should not be a problem but it is for Jim who has some "attraction" and feels bad about it. Sure, some of you perhaps didn't deserve it when he said "you're all shit" but let's keep in mind that he probably said out of anger when some people didn't understand his point and made fun of it, which seems to be a sensitive topic to him as it touches his family. Now all this is getting a bit highly flamable stupidly as many of us are starting to take things in that matter way too personal.
