Pac has 5 sure shots HOF in Morales, Barrera, Marquez, De La Hoya and Mosley. And 2 long shots in Cotto and Hatton.

Mayweather has 3 sure shots in De La Hoya, Mosley and Marquez. 2 very good shots in Castillo and Hernandez. And 3 long shots in Gatti, Corrales and Hatton.

VD your one of my favourite posters but i disagree bro, MAB became a better fighter after the loss to Junior Jones. Especially regarding defensive work, MAB was getting hit at will easily by Junior Jones in there 1st meeting.

Im not saying he was at his absolute peak vs Manny Pacquiao, but he was hardly shot. He was ranked highly in P4P rankings and had impressive performances before and after the loss to Manny Pacquiao.

As for the Erik Morales fights i think a majority felt MAB won 1st meeting, and lost the 2nd meeting. But i do think they got the official record right, its just they both got credit for winning the wrong fight IMO.

I also agree that Barrera became a better fighter after the Jones fight. That being said...while he was still at or near his prime in the first Pac fight...there was valid distractions that i personally feel effected his performance. And Barrera was clearly past his best and gun shy in the second Pac fight. Does that mean that a more focused Barrera would have beat Pac in the first fight...not necessarily. But i certainly could see it as a real possibility.

Another take on this is how many times have they faced future HOF's?
