I'm not entirely sure they will reverse the decision however. I mean Joseph Agbeko was deliberately fouled and got a knockdown counted against him which lost him his title. A rematch was mandated but the decision stood...
I don't believe it's the commission who will decide on that but the WBC.

I think it's best for Hopkins to retire whether he gets the belt back or not.
