Thanks for your assistance guys, and especially thanks for the comment. I've taken the counter off, but the stats are being picked up by Analytics, which is what I really wanted to make sure was working. Now I can see if I can push it up to 20 unique users over the next three months!

I take it ya built the site yaself? Are ya wanting to generate work from it? If so I would recommend a few changes to the meta-data tags to help the search engines rank and index the site properly

Aye, I used to just have a placeholder there and only used the email address to administer my freelance work, but I figured I might put a little bit more on there to see what I can get out of it like.

That's because you're American, and think that colour is spelt without the letter "u", when I say "my favourite", it is missing "u". Another of the things that went missing when our (should it be or?) language was bound, gagged, and taken over the sea in a slave ship. Originally destined for a sugar plantation, it was eventually beaten, molested and warped until it became "American English".

Hmm, will write this down for when my blog becomes a general ranting and raving at the wrongs and short change the world has given me!
