James Toney should end his career on a high note. I hope he beats Lebedev. A Hopkins fight would be epic all the trash talk..
If Toney is anywhere near good form he beats Hop

i would want to see toney vs hopkins at any age.....the lead up to the fight will be entertainment 101....and the fight itself will be equivelent to watching a chess match...literally....like a move every minute...still, this is the type of fight i want to see as a boxing fan

Hopkins would stall the action at the first sign of danger but i still wouldnt mind seeing it just to see who wins. It wouldn't be pretty though. Toney doesn't have much mobility at this stage and he'd be so easy to tie up which is hops' favorite tactic. Throw one punch and move in headfirst for an immediate clinch. He would do this all night. Fortunately for TOney, his inside game is second to none so it'll be really interesting to see how he handles Hopkins close.

Bilbo, congratulations on managing to squeeze two of my least favourite fighters into a thread with only three names in it. B Hop is boring boring boring to watch, and while he may be very good at what he does, it just doesn't make for entertainment in my view. As for Toney, he always talks big and fights lazy. Hopefully Lebedev sparks him, and he can go and do stuff that I don't watch. Like Strictly Come Dancing. I hear they like old boxers who are a bit rubbish.

No, I don't think they will.

I'd love this fight too. Not really for the fight but the press conferences
Toney already came out with some classics
"Bernards mum must have been fucked by a goat" (because of his righthand headbutt combo)
"i'll knock that ugly snaggletooth fucker into outer space"
