It helps, its a good habit. Always moving Joints, they are the thngs that create movement of the Body. Help tell the lies youre trying to make. Boxing is about telling Lies, Shadow Boxing with a Partner I think is a great way of learning as a start, teaching angles, distance, and levels. Ill put ideas up.

Scrap,do you follow mma at all, or just boxing? I was wondering what your thoughts on the boxing in mma, and the improvements that could be made. The videos are great. Do you use the conditioning video protocol on a regular basis, or just a sample of what can be done. I would like to know your thoughts on programing i.e. Frequency of those type of workouts.
