Lacy vs Green?

I saw the scheduled fight on boxrec, and we all know how reliable that is, but its an interesting fight. This could be the test Green needed, and this is just the kind of fight Lacy needs to get back in the title picture after his loss to Joe Calzaghe.

yep...I think Lacy is going to be looking to redeem himself this time and Green would be the one to suffer that wrath...I think Lacy learned more in the loss to Joe C than he would have had he won.....that fight opened his eyes to the need of improving his boxing ability and not resting/relying on his KO power......can't wait to see Lacy fight again.....

Yea but you can only learn so much.... I mean why hasn't Cory spinks learned how to punch with power yet? Probably the same reason Lacy hadn't worked more on his boxing ability before the Calzaghe fight, because he doesn't have much.. I don't know who would win this fight at all, and for me any decent SMW against Lacy would be a pick-em at this point, because he appeared to beatable against JoeC and who knows if he can recover... I mean the blueprint to beat him up is right there and crystal clear, he would have so much improving to do before he could ever even be in a competitive fight with anyone close to Calzaghe. Not saying that Green is, but he might be close enough. Interesting fight for sure.

As will I. Lacy is a class act despite coming off as a bully because of his style and physique. His chin is great. Omar Sheika and Calzaghe rattled him a little but not much. Less he is mentally shattered by the Calzaghe beatdown, which I doubt he is, he will knock Green out. Green just thinks he has a great left hook.
