However I have just tried to to this myself and it wont allow me to send because it says my email address is invalid. I can confrim it is certainly not invalid. It has been tripled checked as my email that I use everyday yet it wont accept it so I cannot sudmit my complaint. . . . . .

They cant even get their website right!
